Three dancers from the Albert Lea dance team received Big Nine Conference awards at the Big Nine dance team tournament that took place Jan. 21 at Rochester John Marshall High School.

Senior captain Bri Shea was awarded Big Nine All-Conference, while junior and senior captains Riley Jimenez and Rachel Wangen were named Big Nine Honorable Mention.

The Albert Lea varsity high kick and jazz teams will compete in the Section 1AA dance team tournament Saturday at Kasson-Mantorville High School.
