The Albert Lea boys’ hockey team got 46 saves from Ben Witham in a 5-1 win over Mankato East on Thursday night.

Mankato East took a 1-0 lead 35 seconds into the game, but it was all Tigers after the opening goal from Tyler LeBert.

Austin Dulitz scored the first and last goals for the Tigers, with goals from Sam Chalmers Michael Savelkoul and Bergan Lundak scoring as well.

Albert Lea is now 9-11-1 on the season and will host Winona on Saturday night.
