Albert Lea police arrested Todd Alan Rietveld, 56, on a local warrant at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday at 805 S. First Ave.

William Michael Oleson Jr., 30, turned himself in on a local warrant at 5:02 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Police cited Shalayna Dee Belden, 26, for possessing drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 11:52 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Southeast Broadway Avenue and Edina Avenue.
