Bridge repair to cause lane closure on I-90

Published 9:43 pm Thursday, September 7, 2017

Motorists on westbound Interstate 90 will have a right lane closure for one week near Highway 13 northwest of Albert Lea beginning Monday while a Minnesota Department of Transportation bridge crew repairs the concrete approach panels, according to MnDOT.

The right lane closure is required to allow workers to safely repair the road approaching the bridge and ensure that motorists can drive through without a detour. The work is expected to be complete Sept. 18.
