2 arrested on probable cause

Albert Lea police arrested Cody Ash, 25, on probable cause relating to felony criminal damage  to property after an arrest warrant execution was reported at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday at 1820 Margaretha Ave. Ash was arrested after allegedly throwing at least one brick at a car. In a previous incident, Ash was cited for having no Minnesota driver’s license and having no proof of insurance.

Police arrested January Prestegard, 38, on a probable cause for third-degree burglary and theft out of Le Sueur County after assisting another department was reported at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday at 815 Lincoln Ave.

3 arrested on warrants

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Christopher James Boettcher, 50, on a Mower County warrant after a suspicious person was reported at 1:32 a.m. Thursday at 230 Fifth St. SE, Glenville.

Police arrested Marcine Kay Miranda on a local warrant at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Steven LeRoy Wadding turned himself in on a local warrant at 7:09 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

1 cited for theft

Police cited Shannon Marie Huinker for misdemeanor theft at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday at Hy-Vee, 2708 Bridge Ave.

Child abuse/neglect reported

Reports of child abuse/neglect were made at 11:07 a.m. and 11:08 a.m. Wednesday in Freeborn County.

Bike stolen

A theft of a white Trek bike and a blue and silver child carrier were reported at 10:53 a.m. Wednesday at 114 N. St. Mary Ave.
