Items stolen, damaged
A propane tank was reported stolen from a grill at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday at 483 High St. in Emmons.
Nails were reported in all four tires at 2:24 p.m. Wednesday at 515 Minnesota Ave. Damage was estimated at $500.
A Graco magnum airless paint sprayer was reported stolen from a boiler room at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday at 606 Water St. Loss was estimated at $389.
Fraud through a loan company was reported at 5 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
A theft of a license plate was reported at 10:01 p.m. Wednesday at 820 Happy Trails Lane.
People reportedly broke into a residence at 11:02 p.m. Wednesday at 323 W. College St. The victim was allegedly hit, and speakers and other items were taken.
Child abuse/neglect reported
A Department of Human Services report of a child being struck by a parent, leaving marks, was reported at 9:14 a.m. Wednesday in Albert Lea.
A report of child abuse/neglect was made at 2:26 p.m. Wednesday in Freeborn County.
2 arrested on warrants
Police arrested Michael Harlan Holm on a Mason City warrant at 10:41 a.m. Wednesday at 1800 Sorenson Road.
Adam John Flategraff turned himself in on local warrants at 5:12 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
