3 cited for violations

Albert Lea police cited Beth Ann Belshan for shoplifting at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday at 2708 Bridge Ave.

Police cited two people for possessing a small amount of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia after an unknown emergency was reported at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday at 1215 W. Clark St.

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Oscar Paul Delossantos Jr. on a Washington County warrant during a traffic stop at 3:02 a.m. Wednesday at 1210 E. Main St. At the scene, Delossantos was cited for driving after suspension and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Items stolen

A chainsaw and gas were reported stolen at 8:54 a.m. Tuesday at 80256 235th St. The incident reportedly occurred last weekend.

Medication was reported stolen at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday at 603 Barker St., Hartland. The incident allegedly occurred Monday.

Child abuse/neglect reported

A report of child abuse/neglect was made at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday in Freeborn County.
