Letter: Museum lights vandalized again

Published 10:00 pm Monday, November 27, 2017

Again, this year there were many volunteer hours put into putting up Christmas lights at the Freeborn County Historical Museum & Village. During the weeks before Thanksgiving, someone decided to destroy the lights that were put up by cutting strings, removing bulbs and breaking several of them. I hope that whomever did this damage reads this and feels good about themselves. I guarantee that someone knows who did it. Next year if you need Christmas lights and bulbs, let me know, as I well give you what the museum has left. I and the many volunteers will not be putting them up again.

Merry Christmas.
