3 injured in crash on East Main Street

Three Albert Lea residents were injured Sunday in a crash near Walmart.
Allan Stoa, 80, of Albert Lea, Nancy Stoa, 71, and Carol Wolter, 78, were taken to Mayo Clinic with injuries deemed not life-threatening.
Julie Houg, 54, was driving a 2000 Dodge Caravan west on East Main Street after exiting Interstate 35, attempting to turn left onto Sorenson Road, when she reportedly pulled in front of a 2010 Buick LaCrosse driven by Dave Wolter, 75, of Albert Lea, who was heading east on East Main Street, causing the crash, according to Albert Lea police.
The crash was reported at about 11:30 a.m. near the intersection of East Main Street and Sorenson Road.
Allan Stoa, Nancy Stoa and Carol Wolter were passengers in the LaCrosse.
Everyone involved in the crash was wearing seat belts, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, the report states.
1 injured in crash
A Bricelyn woman was injured Saturday in a rollover crash in Faribault County.
Diana Marie Santiago, 39, was taken to United Hospital in Blue Earth with an injury deemed not life-threatening.
Santiago was driving a 2003 Ford Escape south on Minnesota Highway 253 when the she lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, entered the ditch and rolled at about 4:05 a.m. Saturday.
The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office and Bricelyn ambulance and fire crews assisted on scene.
Santiago was wearing her seat belt, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, the report states.
