Bell-ringing season is one of the greatest fundraisers of the year for the Salvation Army during the holidays, and it cannot be done without all the volunteers who help. Plenty of bell-ringers will be needed. The bell-ringing season runs through Dec. 23. Those who would like to volunteer can call 373-5710 or sign up online at salvationarmynorth.org/albertlea.

Bell-ringing locations include Bomgaars, Market Place Foods, Walmart, Hy-Vee, Shopko and Northbridge Mall.
