Albert Lea police cited Terry Lee Kline, 53, after a theft report was made at 9:06 a.m. Thursday at Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave. Kline was booked and released.

A theft report was filed at 4:51 p.m. Thursday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Batteries stolen

Batteries were reported stolen out of a tractor parked in a shed at 5:05 p.m. Thursday at 26576 820th Ave., outside Hollandale.

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Nicholas Tyler Olson, 30, on a local warrant during a traffic stop at 1:45 a.m. Friday at the intersection of James Avenue and East Seventh Street.
