Monique A. Rodriguez was born June 22, 1977, and passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo, Iowa.

She leaves behind her mother, Linda Mixon; father, Mike Mixon; children Jazmyn Mikkelson, 22, Alyssa Barber, 17, and Teagan Stadheim, 10; siblings Jessica Aguirre, Shelia Barber, Ivan, Travis Heller, Troy McKenzie, Robin Walker and Adreanne Jessen; aunts Sheila Vohs, Joyce Copas, Sharon Waltz and Cindy Copas; uncles Jerry Copas, Larry Vohs and Jeff Hagen; and numerous cousins and friends.

Monique left this world way too early and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Monique was cremated and there will not be a funeral. A celebration of life service will take place in the spring.
