CCFBank’s west region president announces the hire of John Bhend.

“It is with great pleasure that we add John Bhend to our commercial/ag lending team. John grew up on a diversified beef/swine farm near LeRoy in Mower County. He has a passion for helping build strong rural communities, production agriculture, young farmers, and teaching and mentoring others. I am confident that these qualities will make him an important contributor to our future success in the Freeborn and Faribault County markets,” said CCFBank’s West Region President Matt Zebro.

Bhend received his degree in animal science from the University of Minnesota. He comes to CCFBank with 14 years of banking experience. His role with CCFBank will be based out of the Albert Lea and Wells CCFBank office locations. When not working with banking or agriculture, Bhend enjoys camping at Old Barn Resort in Preston; attending softball, volleyball and basketball games to watch his girls compete; and helping his daughters with their 4-H swine project.
