Man robs Korner Mart on Main St.

Albert Lea police are looking for a white man in his 20s who is believed to have robbed the BP Korner Mart at the intersection of Main Street and First Avenue Tuesday night.
According to a news release, dispatchers received a call of the robbery at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday at 901 W. Main St.
The Korner Mart clerk who called authorities reported that he had just been robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash. The robber allegedly sprayed pepper spray, took the money and then fled the store.
Police state the man was 6 feet tall. No other description was available.
The man was not found after an immediate search of the area by Albert Lea police and Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
An investigation is ongoing.
