1. Egg hunt

For those with a sharp eye out for eggs this time of year, City Arena is the place to be Saturday morning. Parks and Rec is hosting a 10 a.m. Easter egg hunt for children ages 5 to 11. Those younger than 4 and children with special needs are invited to start hunting at 9:30 a.m. In addition to the hunt, there will be activities in the lobby, including a bounce house, a craft and temporary tattoos. Parents can plan on the event lasting between an hour and an hour and a half.

2. MET live opera

Mozart meets Coney Island in Saturday’s production of “Cosi Fan Tutte,” which starts at 11:55 a.m. at Marion Ross Performing Arts Center. A pair of young sweethearts test each other’s faithfulness as two men pretend they are called away to war and then return in disguise to woo each other’s lover. The comedy includes bearded ladies, a fire-eater and a Ferris wheel, but Coney dogs are not a guarantee.

3. Visit the Easter bunny

Egg hunt options are not limited to City Arena Saturday morning. Marketplace Foods is hosting its own 10 a.m. egg hunt in Skyline Mall. And the word on the street? The Easter bunny will be there for pictures.

4. Basket night and gun raffle

The Eagles Club is hosting a basket night and gun raffle from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Funds from the raffle will be used on local projects. Baskets available include hamburger, chicken strips and brats. There will also be entertainment after 9 p.m.

5. Teen vision board

Make your dreams for the future become a reality at a teen vision board event at The Meraki Studios. In the two-hour class, participants will set their intentions, embed them into their subconscious and bring them into fruition on a dream board. Upon completion a guided meditation will follow.

The class will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday for youth ages 13 to 18.
