The Albert Lea Area Schools robotics team did very well at the University of Northern Iowa March 23 and 24. The team made it to the elite eight of the 61 teams competing. They faced teams from all over the Midwest and overseas. They lost in the semifinals to the team that won it all — an international team made of students from Brazil and Turkey.
