Student musical coming up

Sibley Elementary School third-, fourth- and fifth-graders are preparing for their spring concert, which will be a musical called “Space Pirates.” The performance will be at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Albert Lea High School auditorium. Mollie Mickelson, the music teacher at Sibley, has enjoyed seeing how the musical numbers help her students develop confidence in their performing abilities and collaboration skills with their peers. - Provided
