Interstate 90 west of Blue Earth is closed due to road conditions, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Westbound I-90 motorists are being warned of the closure through multiple digital message boards on the interstate from Dresbach Bridge west to give motorists enough warning to make changes to their travel plans.
MnDOT will announce updates and the reopening of I-90 via Twitter at www.twitter.com/mndotsoutheast.
Motorists are reminded to drive with caution, be prepared for changing weather conditions and encouraged to consult weather and road information before traveling on Tuesday. MnDOT’s road conditions map is here.
