5 arrested, cited for violations
Albert Lea police arrested Seth Donald Thompson, 18, for fleeing on foot and domestic assault after disorderly conduct was reported at 8:47 p.m. Sunday at 1427 Academy Ave.
Police cited Oscar Paul Delossantos Jr., 22, for fleeing on foot at 1:24 p.m. Thursday at 603 Freeborn Ave. Delossantos was arrested on a Washington County warrant for second-degree aggravated robbery.
Police cited Cody Padraic Trott, 28, for a recreational trespassing violation after a man was described as walking across the Fountain Lake dam at 2:19 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Katherine Street. Trott is a Level 3 offender.
Police cited Nicole Paula Cuevas, 20, and Edokia Almeria Barr, 27, for disorderly conduct after a fight was reported at 7:07 p.m. Thursday near Subway at 1550 Blake Ave.

A burglary was reported at 12:07 p.m. Sunday at 340 NW. Third Ave. in Glenville.
A gas drive-off in the amount of $40.10 was reported at 8:31 p.m. Sunday at 105 North Star Road in Alden.
A gas drive-off in the amount of $49.36 was reported at 6:58 p.m. Saturday at Freeborn County Co-op gas station, 1820 Margaretha Ave.
A trailer was reported missing at 10:03 p.m. Saturday at 157 Main St. in Emmons.
A silver Nissan Infiniti was reported broken into at 8:39 a.m. Friday at 411 S. First Ave. Ten dollars was taken, and no damage was reported.
Theft by fraud in the form of bad checks was reported at 1:05 p.m. Friday at Marketplace Foods, 1619 W. Main St.
A dealer license plate was reported stolen at 4:37 p.m. Friday at Interstate Motor Trucks, 1900 Sorensen Road.
A jewelry box was reported missing at 8:44 p.m. Saturday at 802 Fountain St.
A license plate was reported taken from an RV at 9:39 p.m. Sunday at Freeborn County Fairgrounds, 1105 Bridge Ave.
Sexual assaults, inappropriate behavior reported
A sex crime with a child victim was reported at 3:29 p.m. Friday in Freeborn.
A sex crime with a child victim was reported at 12:22 p.m. Thursday in Albert Lea.
A sexual assault report was filed at 2:11 p.m. Friday in Albert Lea.
Suspected window peekers were reported at 6:48 p.m. Saturday at 1007 S. Newton Ave. A stool was reportedly found on an air conditioner unit, and there were footprints. The incident allegedly happened over the winter.
Fight reported
A fight in general population was reported at 5:50 p.m. Sunday at the Freeborn County jail, 411 S. Broadway Ave.
Canoe damaged
The bow of a canoe was reported smashed at 9:32 a.m. Thursday at 509 W. Main St.
Multiple reports of check forgery
Attempted check forgery was reported at 8:36 p.m. Thursday at Kwik Trip, 1210 E. Main St. A male with a red wig on was reportedly trying to pass a check for an Iowa resident. He was described as trying to buy $80 worth of lottery tickets and cigarettes, and left before the incident was reported.
Check forgery was reported at 4:39 p.m. Friday at 1601 Todd Ave. Checks were being cashed with the alleged victim’s bank numbers and name on them.
Check forgery was reported at 6:03 p.m. Friday at Kwik Trip, 906 W. Front St.
