Montevideo man pleads guilty to charges

A Montevideo man who reportedly sent nude pictures to a 14-year-old girl in October 2016 pleaded guilty Monday in Freeborn County District Court.

Isaiah Jon Homan, 22, pleaded guilty to using a minor in a sexual performance.

Court documents state on Oct. 2, 2016, the victim reported that Homan had sent her pictures of his private parts and had told her his name was Charlie.

A forensic search of the victim’s phone later that month reportedly revealed text messages and nude photos of the girl and Homan.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 9. Homan is expected to be placed on probation for up to five years.
