The outpouring of support for the recent Save Our Hospital benefit, silent auction and raffle was astounding.

The generosity from a wide-range of businesses speaks volumes for their support of an alternative provider. The individual donations and public volunteerism showed how our community cares. With your support, SOH raised over $20,000 toward the goal of hiring consultant services to bring an alternative medical provider into our community. Compassion and generosity ruled the day.

Please know that our next fundraiser will prepare more food; we were overwhelmed with the number of people who came to support patient care in Albert Lea. This truly is a caring community that wants to ensure local medical care for its seniors, newborns and the very sick.

The 10 months since the inception of SOH have been filled with highs and lows. We are continuing the marathon and are seeing results from our firm stance and endurance.
