On May 4, the Humane Society of Freeborn County was made aware of charges brought by the state of Minnesota against our gambling manager, Ryan Arbuckle Sr. Due to the nature of these charges, the board has suspended Mr. Arbuckle from all duties with the Freeborn County Humane Society pending the outcome of the court case.

Please note that the charges brought against Mr. Arbuckle relate only to the gambling account he managed, which is kept separate from all other accounts of the organization.
