Level 3 offender to move to Albert Lea on release from prison

A high-risk predatory offender is expected to be released from prison and move to Albert Lea July 1, according to a notification on Thursday from the Albert Lea Police Department.
Lorenzo Torres, 29, is expected to move to the 120th block of North Broadway.
Torres is described as being 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 267 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
According to the information sheet, Torres has a history of sexual contact with females ages 12 to 15. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. He was known to his victims.
A community notification meeting is slated for 6:30 p.m. Monday in the Freeborn Room at the Freeborn County Courthouse for authorities to provide more information about Torres to the community.
Torres has lived in Albert Lea off and on over the years.
