3 arrested for domestic assault

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Steven Jon Lundak, 40, for domestic assault and criminal damage to property after a domestic incident was reported at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday at 20311 810th Ave. in the Hayward area.

Deputies arrested Joseph Linnartz for domestic assault, interfering with a 911 call and cruelty to animals after a domestic incident was reported at 7:57 p.m. Wednesday at 31268 640th Ave. in the Hartland area.

Albert Lea police arrested Kevin Wayne Ellis, 39, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday at 308 Vine Ave.

 

Items stolen, damaged

Several items were reported stolen, including a car stereo, at 3:34 p.m. Wednesday at 100 N.E. First Ave. in Clarks Grove.

A book bag and cellphone were reported taken from an apartment at 7:17 a.m. Wednesday at 212 S. Washington Ave.

A scratched bumper on a black Ford F150 truck was reported at 12:29 p.m. Wednesday at 2008 S.E. Marshall St.

Checks were reported missing from a residence and passed in the area at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

A vehicle was reported broken into with multiple items taken at 3:21 p.m. Wednesday at 2111 Stevens St.

A theft report was filed at 6:31 p.m. Wednesday at Herberger’s, 2440 Bridge Ave. The suspect was identified as a person who stole from the store recently. A trespassing notice was given to the store.
