A child abuse/neglect report was filed at 9:31 a.m. Wednesday in Freeborn County.

 

4 arrested, cited for violations

Albert Lea police arrested Dennis Carl Christensen, 58, for a domestic abuse no-contact order violation and fifth-degree drug possession after a violation of an order for protection was made at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday at 208 S. St. Mary Ave.

Police cited a juvenile for underage tobacco use at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday at Southwest Middle School, 1601 W. Front St.

Police arrested a juvenile on a Ramsey County warrant after two to four people were reported looking through vehicles at 4:43 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Garden Road and Martin Road. The juvenile was cited for curfew and tobacco violations. At the scene, police cited a second juvenile for a curfew violation.

 

Thefts reported

A report of a theft of a red gas can, heavy-duty, longer blue extension cord, homemade bean bag/Cornhole game and Husqvarna chainsaw from an unlocked garage was made at 11:58 a.m. Wednesday at 317 Lakeview Boulevard.

A shed in a parking lot was reported broken into and a  lawnmower, weed wacker and other tools taken at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday at 115 N. Washington Ave. A lock was cut off the shed. The incident reportedly took place in the last week.
