1 arrested for DWI

Police arrested Juan Mireles, 21, of Fairmont for third-degree driving while intoxicated and having no proof of insurance during a traffic stop at 8:09 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Katherine Street.

 

Items damaged, stolen

Thirty feet of new sidewalk was reported written on at 6:32 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Elizabeth Avenue and East William Street.

Sixty prescription medicine pills were reported taken from a home within 10 days at 4:35 p.m. Thursday at 422 E. Fourth St.

A black, green and white mountain bicycle valued at $85 was reported taken at 10:26 p.m. Thursday at 1147 S. Broadway Ave.

 

Assaults reported

Albert Lea police arrested Adam Mikkel Clay, 35, for felony third-degree assault and misdemeanor domestic assault after domestic incidents were reported at 9:35 a.m. Thursday at 1333 Abbott St.

A 14-year-old boy was reportedly assaulted at 10:56 a.m. Thursday at the Freeborn County Fairgrounds, 1105 Bridge Ave.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Cody Shawn Ash, 26, on a felony warrant at 1:23 p.m. Thursday at 408 S. Broadway Ave.
