Cody Padraic Trott, 28, pleaded not guilty to domestic assault by strangulation, threats of violence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, fifth-degree controlled substance possession and domestic assault Tuesday in Freeborn County District Court.

A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Nov. 30, and a jury trial is scheduled to start Dec. 11.

Trott has a contested revocation hearing Sept. 13 on a separate file after allegedly violating probationary terms set on an escape from custody charge.

Trott is charged in a third file with a misdemeanor domestic abuse no-contact order violation. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled Nov. 30, and a jury trial is scheduled to begin Dec. 11.
