MINNEAPOLIS — A Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to killing two teenagers as he drove the wrong way down a highway last year.

Twenty-seven-year-old Quoc Tran, of Osseo, entered his plea last week in Hennepin County court to two counts of criminal vehicular homicide. A jury trial had been scheduled to start Monday.
