Albert Lea police arrested Doss Manuel Hilfers, 19, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 9:53 p.m. Thursday at 819 Garfield Ave.

Police arrested David Allen Villerreal, 35, on a felony Hennepin County warrant at 3:08 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and West Main Street.
