1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Cody Baines Johnson, 25, for domestic assault after disorderly conduct was reported at 2:53 a.m. Saturday at 2401 Gene Ave.

Items stolen, damage reported

A 1996 red GMC extended cab pickup was reported stolen at 2:26 p.m. Sunday at 74752 175th St.

A vehicle theft report was filed at 12:38 a.m. Monday at 324 E. William St.

A report of a female running from a store with bottled cleaning supplies and clothing was made at 2:01 p.m. Friday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

A yellow Club Cadet lawn mower was reported taken at 5:50 p.m. Friday at 509 St. Thomas Ave.

A theft by check report was filed at 12:10 a.m. Saturday at Collins Auto Repair, 810 E. Main St.

A report of broken glass in front and damage to a door was made at 3:10 a.m. Sunday at Harold’s Bar, 1318 E. Main St. The suspects were described as four Hispanic males. 

3 arrested, cited for violations

Police arrested Nicole Paula Cuevas, 20, for driving after revocation, underage alcohol possession and underage drinking and driving during a traffic stop at 12:16 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and Wilson Street.

Police cited two juveniles for possessing alcohol after a liquor law violation was reported at 11:22 a.m. Friday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.

3 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Jon David Stout, 30, on a local warrant at 5:51 p.m. Friday at 321 James Ave.

Police arrested Jesse Alex Silva Jr., 25, on a Hennepin County warrant during a traffic stop at 10:24 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and West Front Street.

Police arrested Catherine Ann Miller, 38, on a Scott County warrant at 8:25 p.m. Saturday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
