Senior Resources’ Family Caregivers Network will offer a Caregiver Support Group at 2 p.m. Thursday for caregivers, according to a press release. If you’re caring for an adult — perhaps someone physically frail, or living with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s — whether parent, spouse or neighbor, at home or in alternate housing, this group will give you the opportunity to find support and encouragement.

The group is open to any area caregiver, and meets at St. John’s on Fountain Lake in the chapel. Future meetings will be in the same location on the second Thursday of each month.

Senior Resources also hosts Caregiver Support Groups at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community on the third Thursday of each month at 1:30 and 3 p.m. Caregivers are welcome there as well.
