Assault reported

A report of a female being assaulted with a knife was filed at 4:14 a.m. Thursday at 231 Concord St. in Emmons. The suspect was described as a black man with a hoodie who broke into her home. No suspects were identified.

 

Theft by fraud, damage reported

A report of theft by fraud in the amount of at least $900 was reported at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hy-Vee, 2708 Bridge Ave.

Damage to two vehicles was reported at 6:01 p.m. Wednesday at 10873 Main St., Glenville. Suspects were identified.

 

1 arrested for burglary, assault

Albert Lea police arrested Nyaroun Jordan Manpign, 18, for first-degree burglary and second-degree assault after suspicious activity was reported at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday at 716 Lincoln Ave.

 

1 arrested for violation

Police cited and held Martin Vasquez for a domestic abuse no-contact order violation after a domestic incident was reported at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday at 1020 St. John Ave.
