Adams & Winter PA in Albert Lea announced the consolidation of the firm with Kitchenmaster, Klooster & Begalka CPAs effective as of Aug. 1.

According to a press release, the consolidation with another firm will enable the company to expand the diverse services it provides its clients.

Both firms provide accounting, income tax and consulting services to individuals and businesses in southern Minnesota, and hold similar values and philosophies on doing business — providing excellent service to clients, the release stated.

The company will operate under the name of Kitchenmaster, Klooster & Begalka CPAs, but will remain at its current location of 2706 Ekko Ave.
