Highway 30 lane closure at I-35 interchange to begin soon
Published 8:29 pm Tuesday, October 2, 2018
Motorists on Highway 30 at the I-35 interchange will encounter single lane traffic and flaggers beginning Thursday as crews install a camera pole for a new traffic management system, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Eastbound Highway 30 at the I-35 interchange will be closed to allow crews room to work. Advanced warning signs and flaggers will direct traffic through the work zone using westbound Highway 30.
Construction work will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday and should be finished by 3 p.m., weather permitting.
Premier Electrical Corporation of Brooklyn Park is the prime contractor on this project.
