1 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Jacey Taylor Anderson, 19, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a report of a drunken driver was filed at 1:45 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Louis Street and Maurice Avenue.

 

5 cited for violations

Police cited Eyad Safadi, 33, for disorderly conduct after three males were described as outside yelling for 15 minutes at 1:59 a.m. Sunday at 323 E. Third St.

Police cited a juvenile for a curfew violation and tobacco possession after a report of two children going through vehicles was filed at 2:40 a.m. Saturday at 1215 St. John Ave. At the scene, police cited a juvenile for a curfew violation.

Police cited Christina Marie Jepson, 30, for public nuisance after a report of her yelling and screaming and banging on something in a backyard was filed at 1:01 a.m. Saturday at 604 Giles Place.

Police cited Nicole Marie Wagner, 32, for obstructing the legal process after a suspicious person was reported at 11:47 a.m. Friday at 133 W. William St. Wagner was arrested on a Mower County felony probation warrant.
