Thefts reported

Albert Lea police cited Jessica Lee Martinez, 28, for shoplifting after a report that a female walked into a bathroom with items was filed at 6:10 p.m. Monday at Bomgaars, 1721 W. Main St.

A gas drive-off was reported at 8:48 a.m. Monday at Gopher Stop, 309 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove.

Someone reported being scammed out of $1,000 through Google Play at 7:46 p.m. Monday at 607 Johnson St. in Hartland.

At least one bike was reported stolen at 8:24 a.m. Monday at 615 Oak Lane. A different bicycle was left in its place.

A theft of a laptop valued at $600 was reported at 9:12 a.m. Monday at 147 N. Broadway Ave.

 

Sexual assault reported

A sexual assault report was filed at 9:48 a.m. Monday in Albert Lea.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Kenneth Alan Holmseth, 37, on a Faribault County warrant after a suspicious person was reported at 3:17 a.m. Tuesday at 615 Water St.
