3 arrested for drunk driving
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Zachary Aaron Jacobson, 36, for driving while intoxicated, vehicle pursuit and fleeing on foot during a traffic stop at 11:41 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 13 and 325th Street in the Hartland area.
Albert Lea police arrested Poe Htoo for driving after revocation and second-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 1:53 a.m. Saturday at 616 E. Main St.
Police arrested Stacie Ann Jacobson for DWI during a traffic stop at 1:55 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Front Street and Lincoln Avenue. Jacobson had a .19 blood alcohol content, according to police logs.
1 arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Christopher Seedorf for domestic assault at 9:18 a.m. Sunday at 315 W. Seventh St.
2 arrested for violations
Police arrested Travis Thomas Stigney for a gross misdemeanor harassment restraining order violation after a violation of an harassment order was reported at 1:34 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East Main Street and St. Peter Avenue.
Police arrested Ashley Marie McCullough for a harassment restraining order violation after a domestic incident was reported at 4:01 p.m. Sunday at 800 S. Fourth Ave.
1 arrested on warrant
Police arrested Cierra Gabriel Edson on a Freeborn County warrant at 1:30 a.m. Sunday at 134 W. William St.
Assault reported
A report of an inmate spitting at a deputy was made at 10:10 a.m. Sunday at Freeborn County jail, 411 S. Broadway Ave.
Tobacco violation reported
A tobacco violation was reported at 1:42 p.m. Friday at 2000 Tiger Lane.
Theft, damage reported
A burglary-in-progress was reported at 12:50 a.m. Monday at Sportsman’s Tavern, 216 E. Clark St. Estimated damage to an exterior door and an inside jukebox was $350. No items were taken.
A red metal skull was reported taken at 5:31 p.m. Friday at 302 S. Broadway Ave.
A back window of a van was reported smashed at 9:44 a.m. Saturday at 503 E. Eighth St. Damage was estimated at $800.
A window in front of the Albert Lea Art Center was reported shattered at 11:56 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Broadway and East Clark Street.
Tools were reported stolen from a garage at 3:05 p.m. Sunday at 724 Belmont St.
