Where are you from?
Albert Lea.
If from Albert Lea, which elementary school did you attend?
St. Theodore and Sibley.
Favorite teacher of all time and why?
Mrs. Hundley because she is so kind and caring. She always made sure I understood what we were working on but still challenged me. She always has a smile on her face and she always has an answer.
Favorite book/author:
“SOAR” by Joan Bauer.
Current/past activities, volunteer work and accomplishments:
I am/have been involved in hockey, tennis, student council, show choir, math masters, geography bee, Bible study, breakfast club and band. I made the straight A honor roll twice last year and once so far this year. I have earned most valuable player four times in hockey. I got my first shutout in a hockey game last year.
What advice would you give to younger students in Albert Lea?
I would say to just be yourself every day and always try to make good decisions. Surround yourself with good people and don’t fall into peer pressure, always have a positive mindset and be a good role model.
