School cancellations and delays for Thursday are coming in as bitter cold temperatures continue.  United South Central School will start two hours late on Thursday. Albert Lea Area Schools, Alden-Conger School, Glenville-Emmons Schools, Lake Mills Community School, Northwood-Kensett Community School and NRHEG will be closed.
