Albert Lea Area Schools, Alden-Conger School, Glenville-Emmons School, Lake Mills Community School, NRHEG School and United South Central School will reportedly start two hours late Friday, as a wind chill weather advisory is in effect until noon Friday for Waseca, Steele and Freeborn counties.

Wind chill values will range from 25 to 35 below zero, according to the National Weather Service.
