Tractor destroyed by fire

A tractor was reported as a total loss after a fire at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday at 74491 140th St. in Glenville.

 

Domestic assault reported

Police received a report at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday of a woman who reportedly came into the law enforcement center stating she had just been strangled.

 

1 arrested for drunk driving

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Mo Hein, 26, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation and failure to obey a stop sign after a traffic stop at 7:09 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of East Main Street and Freeborn County Road 45. Taw Lay, 33, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested on a Ramsey County warrant.

 

Damage, thefts reported

Writing was reported all over a garage at 7:41 a.m. Tuesday at 523 Freeborn Ave.

A back window was reported broken out of a car at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday at 1705 S.E. Marshall St.

Two saws were reported stolen from a worksite at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday at 705 E. 18th St.

A 5-gallon gas can was reported missing from a garage at 2:41 p.m. Tuesday at 712 Minnesota Ave.
