2 arrested for drunk driving
Police arrested Justis Allen Yost, 21, of Albert Lea for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 1:55 a.m. Sunday after receiving a report of a vehicle that had crashed into a trailer at 1021 Virginia Place.
Deputies arrested James Allen Pierce, 69, for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 10:58 p.m. Sunday at 202 Hillcrest Circle in Clarks Grove.
Thefts reported
A 12-foot trailer was reported stolen at 1:36 p.m. Friday from 905 E. 13th St.
A trailer was reported stolen at 3:07 p.m. Friday from 2610 Hi Tech Ave.
Police cited Gerald Leeroy Schafer for misdemeanor theft at 12:01 p.m. Saturday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. He was held on an arrest and detain warrant.
An off-road motorcycle was reported stolen at 4:26 p.m. Saturday at 117 Adams Ave.
Police arrested Sandra Salinas for theft and fifth-degree assault after receiving a report of a female that took a cartload of merchandise at 6:54 p.m. Saturday from Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
A Schwinn Paramount bicycle was reported stolen at 7:33 p.m. Sunday at 73485 224th St., Albert Lea.
Multiple people cited for underage drinking
Police cited Jacey Taylor Anderson and Nyaroun Jordan Manpign for underage drinking at 5:14 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of North Ermina Avenue and Water Street.
Police cited 11 juveniles and four adults for underage drinking at 10:08 p.m. Saturday at 821 S. Broadway.
The adults cited were Jennifer Hernandez, 18, of Albert Lea; Nallely Bueno-Guzman, 18, of Albert Lea; Melody Rain Yost, 19, of Albert Lea; and Andre Hakeem Coleman, 18, of Austin.
Damage reported
A house was reported toilet-papered and spray-painted in the yard and tree at 8:57 a.m. Saturday at 1319 St. John Ave.
A pole was reported broken at 8:14 a.m. Saturday at 77920 175th St., Albert Lea. The report stated it appeared someone had hit it with a vehicle.
Garbage illegally dumped
Garbage was reported illegally dumped in a dumpster at 4:11 p.m. Saturday behind 2500 Bridge Ave.
