Duplicate Bridge

Duplicate Bridge was played by 13  teams Aug. 27 at the Senior Center in Austin. Winners were Vandy Newman and Dave Ring, first place; Barb Engebretson and  Orrin Roisen, second place; Millie Siever and Bill Momsen, third place; Lorraine Quinlivan and Barb Rofshus, fourth place; and Gail and Ray Schmidt, fifth place.

Duplicate Bridge was played by five tables Aug. 28 at the Senior Center in Austin. Winners were Dave Ring and Orrin Roisen, first place; Barb Rofshus and John Karnes, second place; Julie Prochnow and Lorraine Quinlivan, third place; Barb Engebretson and Eunice Michaelis, fourth place; and Gail and Ray Schmidt, fifth place.

Duplicate Bridge is played at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays and at noon Wednesdays. Players come from Adams, Austin, Albert Lea, Rose Creek, Northwood and Mason City. All bridge players are welcome to come play. Those who need a partner can call 507-437-2750.
