Man arrested for burglary

Police arrested Matthew David Block, 37, for third-degree burglary and possession of stolen checks after receiving a report of someone who had broken into a garage at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday at 614 Pillsbury Ave.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Deputies arrested Michael Renard Houston Jr. on a Hennepin County warrant at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

Thefts reported

A gas tank on a pontoon on Fountain Lake was reported stolen at 8:54 a.m. Tuesday. The theft reported took place Sunday.

A butane torch was reported stolen from a driveway at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday at 1507 Academy Ave.

A juvenile was cited for possession of stolen property at 1:32 p.m. Tuesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

Dog bite reported

Police received a report at 3:36 p.m. Tuesday of a person who had reportedly been bit by a dog the night before at 820 Happy Trails Lane.

 

Car damaged

Police received a report at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday of a car that had been damaged at 713 Fountain St.

 

Possible break-in reported

Police received a report at 8:32 p.m. Tuesday of a possible break-in at 1518 Oakwood Drive.
