The Albert Lea Tiger “C” baseball team dropped a 15-7 game to Mankato East on Tuesday at Hammer Field.

The Tigers gave up six walks and 16 hits while using three pitchers.

The bright spots were Logan Enderson’s solo home run over the left field fence in the third inning and Enderson’s double in the first inning as he went 2-for-3. Alex VanVooren also had a good day at the plate going 2-for-3.

Trey Hable made a great play at second to rob an East hitter in the third as the Tigers’ defense has started to improve but they were unable to overcome the barrage of East hits.
