Star class: Kindness retreat participants

On Sept. 11, fifth graders at Sibley Elementary School attended a kindness retreat by Youth Frontiers. Students spent the day playing interactive games, activities and in group discussions about kindness. Students learned ways to be “everyday heroes” by using kindness to include others, to be respectful and to make Sibley a better place. The goal of the retreat was for each student to know how it feels to be treated with kindness for an entire day. - Provided
