Southern Parkinson’s Support Group will meet at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Albert Lea Senior Center, according to a press release.

The meeting will begin with exercise. The program will be presented by Ellen Kehr from the Blue Zones Project.

All those living with Parkinson’s and their caregivers are encouraged to attend.
