Thefts reported

A license plate and tabs were reported stolen at 12:36 p.m. Tuesday at 80083 180th St. in Hayward.

A golf cart was reported stolen at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday at 207 Hemmingsen St. in Alden. The theft reportedly took place overnight.

Police received a report at 9:04 a.m. Tuesday of a 2000 semitrailer that was reported stolen in June from Albert Lea Truck and Trailer, 2101 Consul St.

The front tire was reported stolen off of a bike at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday at 800 S. Fourth Ave.

Juveniles cited for vaping devices

A juvenile was cited for possession of a vape device at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane, after police received a report of a juvenile vaping in class.

A juvenile was cited for possession of a vape pen at 2:24 p.m. Wednesday at 2200 Riverland Drive.
