Cars ransacked
A car was reported ransacked at 8:26 a.m. Monday at 2406 Forest Ave. Nothing was missing. The incident reportedly took place overnight.
A car was reported rummaged through at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday at 1019 Frank Hall Drive. Nothing was missing.
Windows broken
A window was reported shot out with a BB gun at 10:48 a.m. Monday at 833 S. Broadway. Estimated damage was $500.
Windows of a truck were reported smashed in at 11:52 a.m. Monday at 721 S. Broadway. A set of Dewalt drills with battery charges were taken.
Windows were reported smashed out of a Snap-on truck at 11:46 p.m. Monday at 77820 E. Main St.
A rock was reported thrown through a window at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday at 142 Bridge Ave.
1 arrested for drunk driving
Deputies arrested Jimmy Wani Evans, 32, for second-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 2 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and West Main Street in Albert Lea.
Thefts reported
A theft was reported at the self-checkout at 4:42 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

3 cited after incident
Deputies cited Michael Paul Haubenschild, 56, and Peggy Crowley Haubenschild, 54, for domestic assault and fifth-degree assault at 6:37 p.m. Friday at 29431 Mower-Freeborn Road. Patricia Crowley was cited for fifth-degree assault.
