Brandy Renee Smith, 40, turned herself in on a local warrant at 3:29 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police arrested Dilen Luke Rippentrop, 34, on a local warrant at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday at 1318 E. Main St.

Police arrested Robert L. Delangel, 26, on a local warrant at 4:41 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police arrested Juan Adrian Llamas Hernandez, 37, on an EOD warrant and Brandon Jonathan Chavez Salgado, 21, on a local warrant at 6 p.m. Tuesday at 1201 Gene Ave.

Police arrested Ryan Dean Johnson, 40, on a warrant at 6:29 p.m. Tuesday at 718 St. Peter Ave.

Police arrested Lori Beth Castro, 28, on two local warrants and fifth-degree drug possession after a traffic stop at 12:06 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Clark Street and St. Mary Avenue.

Vehicles rummaged through

A vehicle was reported rummaged through at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday at 2306 Gene Ave. A book bag and wallet were taken.

A vehicle was reported rummaged through at 10:55 a.m. Wednesday at 314 E. Third St.

Someone reportedly rummaged through a vehicle at 2318 Margaretha Ave. overnight Wednesday. Some change was missing.

A car was reported rummaged through at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday at 1019 Frank Hall Drive. The incident reportedly took place overnight Monday.

Three vehicles were reported gone through at 10:16 a.m. Tuesday at 1014 Frank Hall Drive. About $20 in cash and some medicine were missing.
